Where the starter stops

The starter works inside the AI tool you already have, so it has that tool's limits. When I tested ChatGPT in September 2026, one project on the Plus plan held 25 files, and the upgrade offered 40. Other tools and business plans have different limits, and I have not tested all of them.

The starter covers documents with text in them. If the answers you need are in photos, drawings, or scanned pages, tell me before we start. I will not promise those.

If you have more files than that, going back years, or you need a search system built for your company instead of one that lives inside a subscription, that is a different project. It gets its own quote, it costs a lot more than $500, and it has a monthly fee to keep it running. Better you hear that here than after a proposal.

§2 Main work

Build Sprint	$3,000 – 5,000	I build what the audit or the diagnostic call points to, test it, and hand it over with documentation your team can run without me. The exact price inside the range is set by scope and agreed before work starts.
Monthly Retainer	$750 – 1,500 / mo	Maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation once a system is live. Includes priority support and continuous improvement.

§3 First-project price

I am building a public record of client work. Until I have three published case studies, or until September 2027 if that comes first, every client's first project is 20% off the standard price, up to $400 off. Your quote lists both prices on every line, so you can see the standard price next to what you pay.

In return I ask for a case study I can publish, a testimonial with your name on it, and one introduction to someone you think could use this. The case study can leave out your company's name, but it has to show what we did and the numbers. You see it before it goes out, and it goes out only if you agree. We agree on this in the quote, before any work starts. If it does not suit you, you pay the standard price and nothing else changes.

It applies once per client, on the first project only. The Document Starter is already the entry price and is not included.

We map the actual process and find the step that costs the most time. No build yet — just clarity on what is worth automating.

Build

I design and build the workflow, with AI reasoning where it earns its place. You see progress as it happens, not a black box at the end.

Deploy and hand over

Production-grade, documented, and tested, running in your own accounts. Your team gets a system they can operate without me.

4.4

Retainer (optional)

Monitoring, tweaks, and the next automation when you are ready. Only worth it once something is actually live.
