Short, and written to be read once. Consulting work is not covered here — that lives in the agreement signed for the project.
§1 Terms
1.1
These terms cover this website, the account you can create on it, and the AI Lead Qualifier demo. They do not cover consulting work. A paid engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that project, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
1.2
You need an account to use the qualifier. Keep the password to yourself and tell me if you think someone else has it. One person per account. You can ask for the account and its records to be deleted at any time.
1.3
The qualifier is a demonstration of how I build, not a product with a service level. It scores the lead text you give it and returns a verdict. The verdict is generated by a language model and can be wrong. Do not use it as the sole basis for a commercial decision, and do not paste anyone else's personal data into it.
Free accounts have a monthly limit. Paid plans lift it. I may change the limits, and I will say so on the pricing area of the site before a change takes effect.
1.4
Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If a charge looks wrong, write to me and I will sort it out rather than send you to a form.

This is a small independent site. It may be offline for maintenance or because a provider it depends on is down. There is no uptime guarantee for the demo, and none is implied by a paid plan.
1.6
Text you submit to the qualifier stays yours. I use it to run the service and to investigate faults, and I do not sell it or use it to train models. The site itself, its copy, and its code stay mine.
1.7
The demo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from the use of it, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you have paid me in the previous twelve months.
