Written in plain terms and kept short enough to read. If anything here is unclear, ask me — the answer will be more useful than a longer document.
§1 Notice
1.1
This site is operated by Jason Chuang, an independent AI automation consultant based in Taipei, Taiwan. For any question about this notice, write to jason@jasonchuang.com.
1.2
Browsing the public pages requires no account and no personal details. The Process Snapshot form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: it assembles a message for you to copy or open in your own mail client, and nothing you type there is sent to this site or stored by it.
If you create an account to use the AI Lead Qualifier, the account holds your email address, an encrypted password, and the lead records you submit to it. If you upgrade, a payment record is created.
Email you send me is stored in my mailbox in the ordinary way.
1.3
Supabase stores account and lead records. Vercel hosts the site and processes request logs. Trigger.dev runs the background jobs that produce a qualifier verdict. Anthropic processes the text of a lead you submit, in order to return that verdict. Stripe handles payment details; card numbers reach Stripe directly and are never held by this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views.
Each of these is a processor acting on my instructions. None of them is given your data for their own marketing.
1.4
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used because it sets no cookie and builds no cross-site profile. It records page views and coarse signals such as country, device type, and referrer. The contact form additionally records three funnel events — that the form was seen, started, and copied or opened in a mail client. Those events carry no field contents.
1.5
Account and lead records are kept while the account exists, and are deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is currently seven years. Analytics data is aggregate and is retained by Cloudflare on their schedule; it cannot be traced back to an individual.
1.6
Write to jason@jasonchuang.com to see a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to have the account and its records deleted. I will confirm within five working days. You do not need a legal reason to ask.
1.7
I record the diagnostic call so I can review it afterwards, and I ask for your agreement at the start of the call. Say no and the call goes ahead unrecorded; nothing about the session changes.
The recording is used for my own review and for the notes I write up for you. It is not published, not shared, and not used for marketing. Recordings are deleted within 90 days. Ask earlier and I will delete it that day.
Whatever material you bring to the call is treated as confidential from the moment you send it, before any agreement is signed.
1.8
Data handled during a paid engagement is separate from this site and is governed by the agreement for that project, including any NDA. What each provider receives is written down before the build starts. That arrangement is not covered by this notice.
1.9
This notice was last updated on 5 September 2026. If it changes in a way that affects data already collected, I will say so here and date the change.
