FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
How do you price projects?+
By scope, not by the hour. Each build is quoted up front so you know the number before we start — typical ranges are on the Services page. Ongoing work (consulting or a retainer) is the exception, billed hourly or monthly.
How long does a project take?+
A Quick Fix is usually a few days. A standard workflow runs one to two weeks. Multi-system integrations take longer and always start with a short discovery so we're building the right thing.
Do you offer a trial?+
Yes. New engagements can start with a free first month in exchange for an honest testimonial and a case study. It lowers your risk and helps me build proof while my consulting practice is young.
Why you instead of a cheaper n8n freelancer?+
Most freelancers can connect tools. Far fewer can tell you what's actually worth building. I bring 18 years of enterprise business analysis (CBAP, KPMG, banking, Mercedes-Benz) to the diagnosis, then build it myself. You get analysis and execution from one person.
Is my data safe? Will you sign an NDA?+
Yes. I work privacy-first — for sensitive work I anonymize data before anything touches a model, and raw client data never leaves your control. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we get into specifics.
Which platforms and tools do you use?+
Mostly n8n for orchestration and Claude for reasoning, plus OpenAI, Azure AI, Supabase, Google Workspace APIs, and a Next.js / Trigger.dev stack when something custom is needed. I pick the tool that fits the problem, not the other way around.
Do you work remotely? What about time zones?+
Entirely remote. I'm based in Taiwan (GMT+8) and work asynchronously with clients in the US and UK — clear updates and documented progress so the time difference is an advantage, not a bottleneck.
Will my team be able to run it after you leave?+
That's the goal. Every build is documented and handed over, with a short training session for standard projects. If you'd rather not maintain it yourself, a monthly retainer keeps it running and improving.
