I spent eighteen years learning which problems are worth solving.
I'm Yu-Ta Chuang — Jason. I started as a developer, became a system analyst at KPMG, then a senior business analyst in banking and at Mercedes-Benz. Across all of it, my job was the same: understand a messy real-world process, then translate it into a system that actually holds up.
AI didn't change that job. It changed the tools. Today I build automation with n8n and Claude — but the part that matters is still the analysis. Which step is the real bottleneck? What should never be automated? Where does a small, reliable system beat a clever, fragile one?
That's the gap most automation work falls into: plenty of people can wire up tools; far fewer can tell you what to build. I do both.
A requirements translator, not just an implementer. The hard part was never the code.
